In times like these, many things are uncertain. But we want you to feel safe.
Therefore, we have improved our cancellation conditions for your vacation.

from  01.01.2024: (except New Years Eve and Christmas (see below)

Until 28 days before arrival you can cancel for FREE.

From 28 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 100%.

Christmas/New Year's Eve: Arrival between 18.12.2024 to 04.01.2025: can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, from 60 days before arrival cancellation fee 100%

Except for group bookings (from 4 units)- please inquire separately
We recommend that you also take out TRAVEL INSURANCE, information on this can be found in the appendix and on our homepage under FAQ

CANCELLATION FREE OF CHARGE until DAY of ARRIVAL:

• if you also book the ERV european travel insurance (also possible at a later date), it will cover yor cancellation costs - for details and price calculation see under travel insurance
